David holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Engineering Management) from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical Engineering) from Prudue University in West Lafayette, IN.

In addition to his current consulting work, David has over 25 years of experience as an individual contributor and leader in electronics design, manufacturing, applications engineering, product safety, marketing, and sales and quality assurance for Texas Instruments, Siemens, EPIC Technologies, and Edamar.

David is a Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Manager. He is also a trained ISO 9000 and ISO 13485 lead auditor. He serves on the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence Panel of Judges and for the past ten years has served as an examiner with the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award, our nation's highest award for business excellence.

A frequent author and public speaker, David works with JGAR on consulting project involving training, quality, customer satisfaction, and performance excellence.
 



Gary received his electronic engineering degree from Virginia Highlands College; Abingdon Va. and trained at Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ in Failure Avoidance. Gary’s training also continued at Hi-Rel Laboratories, Spokane, WA. Courses were taken in Failure Analysis Lab Techniques and Failure Mechanisms. Gary started his career with Texas Instruments in 1984, Siemens 1991 and Epic technologies in 2005. Gary has held several positions, including Procurement Engineer, Test Engineer, Process Engineer and Senior Quality Product Lab Analyst.

Gary is certified as an IPC-A-610D Specialist and trained in ASM Principles of Failure Analysis and Metallurgy. Gary also is involved in Quality Effectiveness teams, HazCom, Radiation Safety training, ISO 9001 and technical writing.

Gary is the lead Engineering Analyst for JGAR Lab Services, his experience of over 25 years in semiconductor and PCB assemblies and 17 years in Failure and Product Analysis investigations provides a proven track record for service capabilities provided by JGAR.
 



Jamie received his electronic engineering degree from Northeast State College, Blountville TN and earned a BS in Business Administration from a private Christian College, Milligan, located in Johnson City TN. Jamie started his career with Texas Instruments in 1984, Siemens 1991 and Epic technologies in 2005 in the Factory Service Center and then held positions as Sr. Product Analyst, Quality Engineer and Process Engineer.

Jamie is certified as an IPC-A-610D Specialist and trained in Principles of Failure Analysis and Metallurgy, also he is involved in Quality Effectiveness teams, HazCom, Radiation Safety training, ISO 9001, and technical writing.

Jamie's experience over the last 23 years has been concentrated in Technical Repair, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, and Failure Analysis. Jamie has a passion for business and serves JGAR as the Business Develop Manager and assists with Failure Analysis Investigations.
